SendSculpt is committed to high email deliverability and protecting the reputation of our shared and dedicated IP pools. To achieve this, all users must adhere to this Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Technical Compliance

Before sending any email through SendSculpt, your domain must be properly authenticated to prevent spoofing and phishing.

Mandatory Verification

No email can be dispatched until the sender has successfully completed DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) and SPF (Sender Policy Framework) verification for their sending domain in the Dashboard.
Authentication ensures that your emails are recognized as legitimate by major providers like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.

Performance Thresholds

Our system automatically monitors sending health in real-time. Accounts that exceed established thresholds are subject to automated intervention.

Automated Suspension

Any account that meets the following criteria is automatically suspended pending a manual review by our Deliverability Team:
  • Complaint Rate: Exceeding 0.1% (1 in 1,000 emails marked as spam).
  • Bounce Rate: Exceeding 5% (invalid or non-existent addresses).
High bounce or complaint rates damage the reputation of SendSculpt’s IP addresses and impact delivery for all users.

Low-Volume Warmup

All new accounts are subject to a probationary period. During this phase, sending limits are lower while we monitor initial delivery metrics and compliance with this policy.

Prohibited Content & Industries

SendSculpt does not allow sending content related to the following industries or activities, even if it is legally compliant:
  • Predatory Lending: Payday loans, high-interest debt collection, or “get rich quick” schemes.
  • Illegal Activities: Promotion of illegal substances, services, or pirated content.
  • Affiliate Marketing: Multi-level marketing (MLM) or “churn and burn” affiliate sites.
  • Adult Content: Pornography or sexually explicit material.
  • Cryptocurrency & Forex: Unregulated financial advice or high-risk trading platforms.

Global Compliance Standards

By using SendSculpt, you agree to comply with all applicable anti-spam laws, including but not limited to:
  • CAN-SPAM Act (USA)
  • GDPR (EU/UK Data Protection)
  • CASL (Canada Anti-Spam Legislation)
